How long will my raw virgin hair extensions last?

Your raw virgin hair will last several years with proper care.

Are the weft sealed?

No, we highly recommend you seal your wefts to prevent shedding.

What is the difference between Raw Virgin hair and Remy hair?

Raw Virgin hair is hair that has never been chemically processed for texture, pattern or color. Remy hair is NOT VIRGIN hair because it is chemically processed to achieve its texture.

Can I color/dye my raw virgin hair bundles?

Yes, you can color and/or bleach your hair. We recommend you seek the assistance of a licensed professional. Bleaching (lifting hair color lighter) or adding dye (to darken) may change the texture and/or weaken the existing pattern. Altering the hair from its original state is not recommended and is done at your own risk.

How do I care for my hair extension?

For straight and Wavy textures:

We recommend that you clarify your hair at least a week. After you clarify, condition the bundles with a moisturizing conditioner of your choice. To enhance the hair’s natural pattern and shine, we recommend an ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) rinse. After washing and conditioning your hair, gently rinse with cold water. Then, spritz hair with the ACV rinse, which is 1 teaspoon of ACV mixed in 1 cup of water. Do not rinse.

For Curly textures:

We recommend that you co-wash curly textures once a week. To enhance the hair’s natural pattern and shine, we recommend an ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) rinse. After washing and conditioning your hair, gently rinse with cold water. Then, spritz hair with the ACV rinse, which is 1 teaspoon of ACV mixed in 1 cup of water. Do not rinse.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept returns unless your order is damaged or incorrect. We do not offer refunds.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday-Thursday will begin processing the next day, excluding holidays, pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will begin processing the next business day.

It takes 10-12 business days to process your order. Some orders will process much quicker, while others may need an additional day. We will update you via email about your order. PLEASE NOTE THAT PROCESSING TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIME.
